We mail newsletters and other informative documents regularly. We all live, drive, shop, work, recreate, etc. right here in this community just like you. We always try to buy local to support our local economy, when possible. This community gives us so much and we really try to do our best to give back to it whenever possible. Before we decide to represent a company, it is imperative that they have a reputation for fair, fast and courteous claims service. We realize that great rates and agency service are nice, but if the carrier is not there for you at claim time then things are not good. Although we feel our carriers do a pretty good job when it comes to settling claims, there have been times when we had to step in and be your claims advocate. As a service to our clients we offer free annual reviews. For those clients that wish to take advantage of this service we review their account on an annual basis. Exposures change throughout the year and it is a good idea to review your coverage’s to make sure that we are aware of anything that may have changed.
