Sally's Buffalo Chicken Dip

With the holidays approaching, our employees have shared some of their favorite recipes.  If you are looking for another appetizer to add to your Thanksgiving menu,  here is a recipe for Buffalo Chicken Dip from one of our Commercial Account Managers, Sally Martin.  Enjoy and let us know how it turned out!


Buffalo Chicken Dip


(2) 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened to room temperature

8 oz. (1 cup) of ranch dressing

6 oz. (3/4 cup) of Frank’s Red Hot sauce

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast or (2) 10 oz. cans of canned chicken breast, very well drained


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce thoroughly; a hand mixer or whisk is fine.

Fold in cheese and chicken

Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly, about 30-35 minutes

Serve with crackers, celery or tortilla chips
