With the holidays approaching, our employees have shared some of their favorite recipes. If you are looking for another appetizer to add to your Thanksgiving menu, here is a recipe for Buffalo Chicken Dip from one of our Commercial Account Managers, Sally Martin. Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
(2) 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
8 oz. (1 cup) of ranch dressing
6 oz. (3/4 cup) of Frank’s Red Hot sauce
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast or (2) 10 oz. cans of canned chicken breast, very well drained
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing and hot sauce thoroughly; a hand mixer or whisk is fine.
Fold in cheese and chicken
Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly, about 30-35 minutes
Serve with crackers, celery or tortilla chips
