Bill Reagle

My insurance career began in February 1990, right out of college, when I joined Erie Insurance as a claims representative. I quickly discovered a genuine passion for both the company and the industry, but I was drawn to the role of the agents I worked alongside. After completing additional coursework, I transitioned into a sales position with a local Erie agency in Maryland, where I spent nine years building valuable experience and relationships.

It was during that time that I met my current business partner, and in 2001 we co-founded CNR Insurance. Today, I serve as Vice President, Co-Principal, and Co-Founder. Our agency proudly provides home, auto, business, and life insurance solutions across Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, Delaware, and more than 20 additional states.

While much of my focus now is on leading and supporting our talented team, I remain passionate about what drew me to this profession from the start—helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. I still enjoy meeting new people, learning their stories, and finding the right coverage to meet their needs.

I also hold the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, which requires annual coursework to stay current on industry changes and best practices. This continuing education not only sharpens my expertise but also allows me to network with some of the most dedicated professionals in the industry, ultimately making me a stronger advocate for our clients.

Outside of Work

I’ve been happily married to my wife, Michelle, for more than 25 years, and together we’ve raised two amazing young adult children. Our family wouldn’t be complete without our lovable goldendoodle. Outside the office, I enjoy time with family and friends, playing tennis and pickleball, the occasional round of golf, travel, concerts, community events, and days at the beach.
