My name is Diane, and I have worked at CNR Insurance since 2023 helping the agency with commercial renewals, clerical assistance, processing estate bonds, providing customer service and assisting customers by answering phone inquiries. Prior to joining the CNR Team, I worked in the Insurance Industry for over 15 years, serving in separate roles from Executive Administrative Customer Service and ending up as the Facilities Services manager for a large company.
After graduating from Northwestern High School and completing Commercial Courses at Prince George’s Community College, I began my career registering college students for their class courses at Prince George’s Community College, where I also provided customer service and administrative assistance to the Registrar and their Staff. I continued to work at the College and then promoted to work for the President of the Community College.
While I am not working, I enjoy family time with my adult children and grandkids, spring and summertime, crafts, country music, family pets and gardening.
