Traci E.

I began my career in the insurance industry in 2002 while attending the University of Maryland. What started as a part-time position, grew into a career spanning more than two decades, with experience in personal and commercial insurance, account management, and agency leadership.

As Vice President of Operations at CNR Insurance, I combine my passion for commercial insurance with my responsibilities in agency leadership. I particularly enjoy working with business owners to understand their operations, identify exposures, and develop comprehensive insurance programs that address their unique needs.

In addition to working directly with clients, I help guide the agency’s operations, mentor and develop our team, and support our commitment to providing knowledgeable, responsive service.

I earned my Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2010 and remain committed to continuing education and professional development. Sharing my knowledge and helping other insurance professionals grow has become one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career.

Outside of work, my husband and I have two children who keep us busy with their sports and activities. I enjoy running, basketball, and volleyball, and have completed several marathons, including the New York City Marathon.
